Includes entering, sending, and receiving all
medical claims; claim management with insurance companies;
patient collections; payment posting and
reconciliation; customer interaction; goal setting;
coding education; superbill management; and fee
structure assistance.
Administrative Services
Bookkeeping, accounts payable, financial statement
preparation and analysis, and form preparation for
credentialing.
Office Management
Planning and oversight of human resources, facilities,
finances, patient flow, and office operations.
Payroll
Receipt of timekeeping and payroll information,
paycheck preparation, federal and state tax payment,
and report preparation.
Consulting Services
Additional consulting services as needed such as
strategic planning, human resource management, facility
