Matt Thompson - President and CEOMatt Thompson is the President
and Chief Executive of Medical Management Solutions, and he has over 10 years of experience in
healthcare management including executive positions at Darnall Army Community Hospital and
Capital Pediatric Group. In addition to a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the
University of Arkansas, Mr. Thompson has a Masters of Health Services Management degree from the
University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Mr. Thompson has served as an adjunct faculty member at
St. Edwards University and the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Further, Mr. Thompson is a
Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) in the American College of Medical Practice
Executives, and he is active in the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) serving as
the President over the last several years for the Austin and Texas chapters.
Additionally, Mr. Thompson is a Diplomate in the American College of Healthcare
Executives (ACHE). Mr. Thompson is also very active in the community serving on the
advisory board of Webify Solutions and the Vestry of St. Richards Episcopal Church.
Lastly, Mr. Thompson is an avid outdoorsman, and he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa,
and his children, Aidan and Amelia.

Holli Hegefeld - Account ManagerHolli Hegefeld has been with Medical
Management Solutions from its inception in June of 2002. She has ten years of medical billing
experience. She is currently the Account Manager of three pediatric offices. She is a member of the
Professional Association of Healthcare Office Administrators. She attends the Health and Human
Services quarterly meeting to discuss Medicaid issues and to act as an advocate for pediatricians. Her
hobbies include running, adventure racing and mountain biking. She lives in Austin with her two
children, Kathryn and Haley. Holli's most rewarding accomplishments are her two children.

Brad Davis – Account Manager
Brad Davis has been with Medical Management Solutions since he started as an intern in 2006 to finish his Bachelors in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University. He is currently an Account Manager covering groups in several specialties. He also serves as Chairman of the Training Committee and assist with sales and marketing. He is a member of the local Medical Group Management Association and Young Men’s Business League of Austin. Brad and his fiancée Sarah are very active outdoors and enjoy running, climbing and wakeboarding.

Robin Weaver – Accountant/Bookkeeper
Robin Weaver has been with Medical Management Solutions since August 2009 as the Accountant/Bookkeeper. She has over five years of experience in accounting. She has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Arkansas. Mrs. Weaver is a veteran of the US Air Force, and she currently handles payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, reviewing the general ledger accounts and prepares adjusting journal entries. Her hobbies include hiking, baking, painting and spending time with her husband, Melvin, and her two children, Caitlynn and Charles.

Amy Corona – Contract Specialist
Amy Corona is the Contract Specialist for Medical Management Solutions. She has served in this role for the company since June 2006. Amy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Cum Laude from Texas State University. Her future plans include pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She frequently attends networking functions in order to build relationships with colleagues in the healthcare field. Amy enjoys running, going to the gym, and traveling. She also likes sports, particularly basketball and football. Since she is an Austin transplant, she makes visits to Rockport and Dallas to visit her family.

Kassi Carruth – Account Manager
Kassi Carruth joined Medical Management Solutions early in 2009. She brought with her over 7 years of extensive medical billing and medical management experience, in such specialties as Orhopaedics, General surgery, Bariatric surgery, and Neurosurgery. She is currently the Account Manager for several offices. Her hobbies include physical boot camp and running as well as participating in and watching all types of sports, especially when her son is on the team. She lives in Round Rock with her son, Conner.
