Matt Thompson of Medical Management Solutions

Matt Thompson - President and CEO

Matt Thompson is the President and Chief Executive of Medical Management Solutions, and he has over 10 years of experience in healthcare management including executive positions at Darnall Army Community Hospital and Capital Pediatric Group. In addition to a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Arkansas, Mr. Thompson has a Masters of Health Services Management degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Mr. Thompson has served as an adjunct faculty member at St. Edwards University and the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Further, Mr. Thompson is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) in the American College of Medical Practice Executives, and he is active in the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) serving as the President over the last several years for the Austin and Texas chapters. Additionally, Mr. Thompson is a Diplomate in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Mr. Thompson is also very active in the community serving on the advisory board of Webify Solutions and the Vestry of St. Richards Episcopal Church. Lastly, Mr. Thompson is an avid outdoorsman, and he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, and his children, Aidan and Amelia.



Brenda of Medical Management Solutions

Brenda Arambula - Bookkeeper

Brenda was born and raised in the Austin area. She graduated from McCallum High School and attended courses at Austin Community College and the University of Texas. She has worked in the dental and healthcare fields for over 20 years. Brenda joined Capital Pediatric Group in 2001 and transitioned to Medical Management Solutions in 2002. Brenda and her husband John have two children, Ryan and Amber, along with a menagerie of pets, including a dog, two cats and two birds. She enjoys music, reading, UT football, and most importantly, spending time with her family.



Holli of Medical Management Solutions

Holli Hegefeld - Account Manager

Holli Hegefeld has been with Medical Management Solutions from its inception in June of 2002. She has ten years of medical billing experience. She is currently the Account Manager of three pediatric offices. She is a member of the Professional Association of Healthcare Office Administrators. She attends the Health and Human Services quarterly meeting to discuss Medicaid issues and to act as an advocate for pediatricians. Her hobbies include running, adventure racing and mountain biking. She lives in Austin with her two children, Kathryn and Haley. Holli's most rewarding accomplishments are her two children.



Catherine of Medical Management Solutions

Catherine Randolph - Administrator

Catherine Randolph is a native New Yorker who has lived in Texas since 1985. Over the last 20-plus years, she has been in healthcare management for both large and small specialty groups, including internal medicine, neurology, infectious disease, pulmonary, cardiology and rheumatology. Prior to coming to Medical Management Solutions in 2006, she spent eleven years managing Austin's oldest and largest internal medicine practice. Catherine surrounds herself with multi-talented people and is actively involved in the healthcare community. She is a member of the Texas Medical Group Association (TMGMA) and the national Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) as well as the local group chapter. Her husband Andrew Teekell is a musician and wine professional and her daughter Christine is an engineer, living in Atlanta. Catherine is very close to her family and enjoys traveling, gardening, and collecting art.
